I am originally from Virginia where I practiced as a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - licensed since 2005.

Since 1999 I  have worked in various capacities with my main focus on youth and families. 

My desire is to:

* empower couples to work as a TEAM! 

* help our Military personnel and their families whether due to deployment or integration.

I am trained in EMDR (Level 1) to assist those who have experienced any type of distressing event.

I have aslo completed all Training Levels with the Gottman Institute to help couples.

I am a graduate of Regent Univeristy, with a Masters degree in Community Counseling. My husband completed almost fourteen years (enlisted) with the United States Navy. We have been married for over 25 years and have two children.
