What to Expect on the First Visit
Symptom Checklist
The Initial Assessment (or first visit) is an opportunity for me to get to know you and for you to get to know me. During this time I will ask many questions in order to understand you and your particular situation better. Based on the information given I will be able to assess if I am good fit for you - and you will be able to assess if I am a good fit for you.
The session is usually an hour to an hour and a half long. This provides enough time for me to learn more about you and how I can help.
Forms
The "New Client" form can be emailed to you. Once you fill out the form, it will be returned to Mary encrypted. Please request this form to receive the necessary paperwork for your first session.
